The requirements for environmental protection for domestic and foreign legal entities have significantly increased in the Republic of Northern Macedonia, which is regulated by more than 20 laws and about 400 bylaws. All legal entities that generate waste of more than 200 kg. non-hazardous waste or more than 150 tons of hazardous waste, according to the Law on Waste Management, are obliged to have prepared Waste Management Plans. A plan that best suits the activity performed not only enables the fulfillment of a legal obligation but at the same time, you can reduce the generation of waste and have a positive impact on the environment. With each developed waste management plan, we provide training for employees for its smooth implementation in practice and communication with the competent authorities.

Preparation of Elaborates for Protection of Environment

Individual activities and activities in order to be able to start to be implemented, it is necessary to prepare and approve an Environmental Protection Report.
